Product Description

These highly visible and durable yellow powder-coated cabinets features a red Flammable - Keep Fire Away" warning on the front doors. Paint & Ink safety cabinets, 2 gallons to 90 Gallon capacity, are available based on the ultimate size of the cabinet selected. All interior and exterior surfaces, including shelves, are finished with industry standard red powder coating.  350 to 500 lb. capacity.

1. All Welded, Double Walled Construction, 16 gauge (1.2mm) Steel Paint & Ink Safety Cabinets reinforced with channel frame all around, base with 20 gauge(2.0mm) add strength.

2. Meet or exceed the NFPA Paint & Ink Liquid Storage Code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for storage of class I, II, and III liquids.

3. Double walled steel has 1-1/2" (38-mm)insulating air space.

4. Dual 2" vents with built-in flash arresters strategically placed at bottom and opposite top, can connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. 

5. Build-in grounding connector (on outside side panel) for easy grounding.

6. Galvanized steel shelves are adjustable on 2.2'' (55mm) space for versatile storage.

7. 2'' (50mm) leak-proof sump to contain spills.

8. Continuous piano hinge doors to open 180 degree.

9. Flush paddle handle on door engages the stainless steel 3-point locking system. Zinc lever lock.
